Tell us a little bit about yourself

I grew up in Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas where I earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. I worked in the Chicago area for 21 years before retiring and moving back to Arkansas in 1994.

What is your favorite part about volunteering at the new ReStore?

Better displays and more room for displays.

How long have you been volunteering with us at Habitat?

Both my wife Carolyn and I started in 1996 on a Habitat for Humanity build. Then I started in the ReStore the first year it opened.

What are some of your talents and hobbies?

I sang in the community choir at the U of A and was a volunteer firefighter for 12 years. Now I enjoy singing in our church choir and volunteering at Mercy Hospital.
